The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Chapel Bridge and the open market. The room was spacious and comfortable. Plus, the daily breakfast was fresh and delicious, giving us the fuel we needed for our adventures.

Booked chalet, that included iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The amazing bathroom and the rest was clean. The location was very central, marvellous right in the centre of the town.

A huge variety of products for a sensational breakfast. Big units with good view of Rathaus in the Altstadt as well as jacuzzi.

Navigating to the hotel isn't straightforward. The instructions on crossing the river can leave you confused, leading to unnecessary hassle. Noise levels from nearby outdoor activities and lack of air conditioning can make for an uncomfortable environment.

The rooms with good view of Rathaus in the Altstadt as well as balcony.

The idea of categorizing the rooms and design the room according to the room name .. isolation and distances between the rooms .. room size .. good furniture

The cleanliness of the room need to be more better .. the reception is not in the same building ! .. so small tv and too few channels

Location was ideal, but check-in was confusing.

the hotel provides a good service. the rooms are new-fashioned and generally offer a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe. it offers excellent breakfasts and has a good restaurant.

the stuff of recepctoin are not helpful and some of them are lair , the internet was bad somtimes no signle and somtimes not connecting , forget about the parking , and no air conditoin

Superb location! Our room had a fantastic view of Lake Luzern and was close to great bars and restaurants. We loved the Saturday open market nearby. The Symphony Room was comfy and spacious. A lovely stay 😊

The location in the cute part of town, less than 10 minutes stroll to the railway station. Nice big room. Comfortable bed. Wireless connexion (Wifi). Lack of frills. Adequate breakfast in a nearby hotel.

The location is excellent, just steps from the Reuss River and key spots in the city. I appreciated the large room and the convenience of having a mini-fridge and coffee maker. Access to the hotel could be tricky, especially with luggage, and I found the room a bit dark. It's a decent choice for a short stay, but improvements in accessibility would enhance the experience.

Great hotel, in great location for the price. Great balcony and room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not the hotels fault. - Booked.net didn't do a very good job with the driving directions, spent an hour (very frustrated) trying to figure out how to drive to the hotel. 2Nd time Booked.net has failed to mention driving specifics, or had them totally wrong. Not the hotel's fault, Booked.net just needs to put better driving directions/locations for those of us cruising Europe in a car.
